High Performance Relationships at Work

Understanding how people respond to the work environment enhances relationships and eliminates unnecessary conflict. This program focuses on understanding the four ways in which people respond to their particular environments. Participants will learn how to understand and adapt to people in their workplace, and discover how to identify and then maximize upon the uniqueness of others and themselves.
